• 10 March 2026 – Notification of acceptance – abstracts
• 15 March 2026 – Registration of authors of accepted abstracts
• 1 April 2026 – Conference program 
• 15-17 April 2026 – AHSRA-Europe conference (virtual)

Presentation:

Online presentations will be delivered in synchronous sessions as part of the conference program. Each presentation will consist of a 20-minute talk followed by a 5-minute discussion period. 

IMPORTANT: Conference presentations must be based on empirical research involving human subjects or on methodological and theoretical presentations grounded in empirical studies.

 

Registration fees:

• Author/s presenting – 40 euro 
• Member of the Scientific Committee, advisory committee, PhD/MA students – 20 euro 
• Attendance only (no presentation) – Free of charge, with prior registration (see Registration Form).

 

Payment

Through bank transfers and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro). All bank charges and commissions are paid by the participants.
