Abstract submission
An abstract may have 250-300 words.
Submission structure
- Title
- Author’s name, affiliation, email address
- Abstract structure:
- Introduction (context and justification)
- Goals and methods (research design, techniques/instruments for data collection, data analysis)
- Results (obtained or expected for the ongoing studies)
- Conclusions
- Keywords (3–5)
Other details:
- Identify/mark the sections in your abstract in bold.
- Abstract submissions should be made via the provided email address: icon@uadventus.ro no later than 10 February 2025
- Abstracts meeting the specified deadlines and adhering to the guidelines will undergo double-blind peer review.
- Authors will receive notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of their submissions, accompanied by reviewers’ comments in either case.
- Upon acceptance, the author must submit a finalized version of the abstract, a short bio (50 words), and a picture (for the Adventus International Conference program and Abstract book).
- Abstracts must be original and should not be under review for consideration by any other conference or publication, whether national or international. The abstracts must be submitted and presented exclusively in English.
- Please mention if the presentation will be in-person or virtual.
Section II: Theology
- Proposals must include an abstract (200-300 words) summarizing the main claim of the study, the methodology, and the trajectory of argumentation.
- Include in the proposal the paper title, the author’s full name, institution, mailing address, and email address.
- First-time presenters in an international conference must also submit a complete outline of their paper for review when they submit their proposal.
- Adventus University professes a high regard for Scripture, which is why proposals should reflect this perspective.
- Submission of a proposal does not guarantee acceptance.
